<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The layered poultry farm had obtained CTE on 30.01.2019 for 95,000 birds with 80,000 eggs along with feed mill. At the time of CTE, the poultry farm had proposed two nos. sheds for egg laying, one no. chick shed and one feed mill.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Thereafter, the poultry farm obtained fresh CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 on 21.10.2019 with 26,000 birds/24,000 eggs. During the processing of these CTO applications, it was found by the visiting officer on 17.09.2019 that the poultry farm had constructed one shed having single story for eggs out of the proposed two sheds. However, feed mill was not constructed at that time.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Thereafter, the poultry farm again obtained varied CTO under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 on 23.07.2021 with 52,000 birds/51,000 eggs along with feed mill to produce poultry feed @ 15 TPD. During the processing of these CTO applications, it was found by the visiting officer on 29.06.2021 that the poultry farm had constructed another story (double story) in the same shed earlier used for laying eggs and had installed feed mill as proposed in the CTE granted to it on 30.01.2019</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the poultry farm has applied for obtained varied CTO under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for its full capacity of 95,000 birds and 80,000 eggs along with feed mill for which it was granted CTE. The poultry farm has constructed second shed also to utilize its full capacity and is complying with siting guidelines from time to time as found during processing of CTE application and CTOs application two times earlier. The industry has again been found complying with siting guidelines again during latest visit to its premises on 10.03.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">As such, the poultry farm is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 and it is therefore again recommended for grant of varied CTOs to it under the said Acts as proposed earlier please.</span></p> |
