<p>The observations are as under:</p>
<p>1. The total area of the project is 82,750.25 m2. 24,732.11 m2 has been reserved roads etc and in 58,018.14 m2 construction activities will be carried out, so, the applicibality to obtain Environmental Clearance under EIA notitification can't ruled out.</p>
<p>2. Land use of the adjoining area is not give,</p>
<p>3. There is a school within 100m from its site, no buffer zone of green belt is proposed in the approved plan.</p>
<p>4. No plantation area for the disposal of treated effluent is proposed in the approved plan.</p>
<p>5. No detail of the types of the industries to be allowed by the Project Proponent in th eproposed Park, has been given.</p>
<p>6. Industries related to the agriculture implements are establishing in the vicinity of the park and contain heavy levels of O&G even in the domestic elluent from such industries. The parameter of O&G has not been taken into consideration whilw designing the STP. Even the dimensional drawing of the STP is not given. Thus the feasiblity report for STP is not technically sound.</p>
<p>7. Area dedicated for the disposal of treated effluent is not marked on the approved, plan.</p>
<p>8. For the management of MSW, adequate proposal is not give. Even area for this this purpose has not been reserved in the approved plan.</p>
<p>Issue show cause notice of 15 days for refusal of Consent to Establish.</p> |
