It is intimated that the application for obtaining fresh consent to operate applied under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and renewal of consent to operate applied under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 were scrutinized and the following shortcomings/ observations were made:   A)                     Earlier, the industry was consent to operate under the Air Accts 1981 vide no. Please clarify </td> </tr> <tr style="mso-yfti-irow: 1; mso-yfti-lastrow: yes;"> <td style="width: 40.25pt; border: solid windowtext 1.0pt; border-top: none; mso-border-top-alt: solid windowtext .5pt; mso-border-alt: solid windowtext .5pt; padding: 0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt;" valign="top" width="54"> 2) </td> <td style="width: 193.75pt; border-top: none; border-left: none; border-bottom: solid windowtext 1.0pt; border-right: solid windowtext 1.0pt; mso-border-top-alt: solid windowtext .5pt; mso-border-left-alt: solid windowtext .5pt; mso-border-alt: solid windowtext .5pt; padding: 0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt;" valign="top" width="258"> The industry shall submit the stack emissions analysis report from Board's lab within one month of the operations in the coming season.   </td> <td style="width: 193.5pt; border-top: none; border-left: none; border-bottom: solid windowtext 1.0pt; border-right: solid windowtext 1.0pt; mso-border-top-alt: solid windowtext .5pt; mso-border-left-alt: solid windowtext .5pt; mso-border-alt: solid windowtext .5pt; padding: 0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt;" valign="top" width="258"> The industry has not got the analysis of stack emissions from Board's Lab within stipulated period after the lapse of more than one year. </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>   2)            There is increase in the cost of fixed assets the industry is requested to submit NOC regularization fee. 3)            The industry has not mentioned any reason regarding apply of new name i.e. M/s Onkar Rice Gram Udyog (Unit-1) (Previously Known as The Onkar Rice Gram Udyog Samiti).    4)            The industry has failed to submit documentation regarding dissolvement of M/s Onkar Rice Gram Udyog Samiti. 5)            The industry has not submitted Site Plan cum Location Plan of the industry and approved, building plans as the industry has applied fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 under the new name of M/s The Onkar Rice Gram Udyog (Unit-1). 6)            The industry has uploaded the registration of land dated 8/7/2022 in the tab of Proof of date commissioning of the Industry ( Registration of the industry/ Electricity bill /Sales Tax no). 7)            Now, the industry has submitted partnership deed which is executed on 1/4/2022 with partner name of Sh. Karan Jindal, Smt. Poonam Jindal, Sh. Vijay Kumar, Puneet Kumar and Deepak Kumar and the industry has applied this year with the new partner. Please clarify.  7)            The industry has submitted GST Certificate issued on 20/9/2017 under the old name of M/s The Onkar Rice Gram Udyog Samiti 8)            As per Sr. no. 5 (Partnership deed is executed on 1/4/2022), the industry is required to deposit consent fee with penalty alongwith NOC regularization as per the Board's fee circular dated 29/10/2018 In view of the above, the application applied by the industry is hereby returned with a request to apply a fresh after attending the above said observations alongwith proper written reply with the application.   The industry may also be advised to visit help desk in any working day between 09:00 am to 05:00 pm in case any guidance is required. Therefore, the permission may please be accorded to return the application to the industry as application was returned by the AEE at once.
