Now, the industry has applied for new Consent to Operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 by the new name and style of M/s Randev Bricks. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;">The applicant has submitted Feasibility report of Brick Kiln upgradation, Completion certificate of the Brick kiln into Zig-Zag technology dated 11/04/2022 and fresh Lease deed of the brick kiln. The brick kiln has also submitted CA Certificate regarding non-operation of Brick kiln from 01/02/2019 to 11/04/2022 and has also submitted the coal register of the same. The brick kiln was visited by the undersigned on 22/03/2023 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;">In view of above, if approved, Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 30/09/2028 subject to suitable conditions, please.</span></p>
