| Clarification Note: |
1. The industry was recently granted NOC extension for the production of dyeing of pc/polyester cloth @ 8.5 tonne/day and dyed acrylic yarn @ 720 Kg/day and discharge of trade & domestic effluent @ 342 KLD into CETP 50 MLD. However, the industry has now applied for the production of DYEING AND FINISHING OF POLYESTE R FABRIC @ 19.5 T/day, OR DYEING AND FINISHING OF COTTON/P OLYESTER -COTTON (PC)@ 7.8 T/day, DYED ACRYLIC YARN @ 1.8 T/day with discharge of trade effluent @ 398.2 KLD & domestic @ 1.8 KLD into conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD. There is change in production and effluent quantity as compare to the last NOC granted to the industry.
2. Further, the industry in last NOC had proposed to install 7 soft flow machines (300 kg X 2, 400 kg X 3, 600 kg X 2) and 4 hank dyeing machines (60 Kg each), but now as per detail machinery given by the industry it has installed 09 soft flow machines (1000 kg X 1, 600 kg X 2, 300 kg X 5, 200 kg X 1) & 6 hank dyeing machines (60 Kg each). Hence, there is also change in the machinery as compare to the last NOC granted to the industry, which requires clarification.
3. Earlier the NOC was granted for the installation of one boiler of capacity 08 TPH, one thermopac of capacity 1000 U. However, in the present Air consent application it has mentioned only one boiler of 08 TPH. Please clarify.
4. Copy of the approved building plan from the competent person of Director of Factories is not attached.
5. Completion certificate of APCD is not attached.
6. The industry has not submitted the allotment letter of shares between its present unit & old existing unit. Further the status of D Mat of shares from ROC has been also not given.
7. What is the status of existing old unit and balance share with its old unit.
