The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The HCF is requested to deposit the fee under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.
2. The HCF has attached the completion certificate of upgraded ETP-cum-STP, however, there is no aerobic treatment component (sewage treatment) provided as per details of the components given in the completion certificate.
3. The HCF has not attached the feasibility report for the upgraded ETP-cum-STP.
4. The HCF is also required to apply for obtaining authorization for increased bed capacity.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observations and submit the reply to this office within 03 day so that the application can be processed further. |
