May if approved SCN for refusal of renewal CTO under Air Act,1981 with an opportunity to submit the written reply within 10 days be issued to industry. EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry as well as whether an industry is required to install APCD to capture the process emission generated from the process or not, whether the site is suitable for such type of expansion.</p>
