CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2022/17549358 & CTOA/</span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Renewal/LDH3/2022/17549456 dated 05.01.2022 each, both valid upto 04.01.2023 for dyeing of knitted fabric & polyester fabric @1200Kgs/day with discharge of trade effluent @ 100 KLD with conditions mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 31.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">B)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Thereafter, 02 soft flow machine of capacity 450 kg each and 01 soft flow of 300 kg was sealed by the Board on 18.10.2022 due to excess discharge of the industry as comparison between GNE 2022 report and CETP 50 MLD shares allotted to the industry.</span></p>

The industry had removed the seals of 01 soft flow 450 kg & 01 soft flow of 300 kg at its own without any approval of the Board and same was found in operation during visit. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 31.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">D)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">Accordingly, Competent Authority of the Board has issued directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide Board's letter no. 700-03 dated 14.02.2023 to PSPCL authorities to disconnect the electric supply of the industry. This office has also requested vide this office letter no. 690-91 dated 20.02.2023 to PSPCL authorities to disconnect the supply of the industry. The PSPCL Authorities has disconnected the electric supply of the industry vide TDCO no. 117/298 dated 16.03.2023.</span></p>

BARBU21347598734 dated 13.12.2021 under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 54,000/- vide UTR no. BARBU21347519196 dated 13.12.2021 under Air Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.06.2024 under both acts.</span></p>

However, the industry has granted 100 KLD shares on 22.07.2022 of CETP, hence the discharge of the industry is 180 KLD more than the share allotted to it. Hence around 64% machinery of the industry i.e. 02 soft flow of 450 Kg each & 01 soft flow 300 Kg is required to be sealed. Out of which 01 soft flow of 450 kgs is lying sealed, but 01 soft flow of 450 kg& 01 soft flow of 300 kg has been de-sealed by the unit as its own.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -31.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has submitted the detail of nos of lots, nos of bath, liquor ratio, production and corresponding effluent generation and same is enclosed in the list of the documents submitted by the industry and matching with the data given in the application form. As per the data the total production of the industry will be dyeing of polyester fabric @ 12.6 MTPD and effluent generation will be around 150 KLD from its entire machinery in 24 Hours. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -31.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Presently the minimum value between the effluent generation as per GNE report and CETP share allotted to the industry is being considered by the Competent Authority for grant of consent as already approved in such cases. Accordingly, the industry presently has applied for trade effluent & domestic effluent discharge @ 101.5 KLD into CETP. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -31.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has also provided the arrangements for reusing its cooling water and steam condensate. </span></p>

The industry has provided the flow meter at its final outlet leading to CETP and at tubewell. </span></p>

Level. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -31.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">9.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">industry has installed a boiler of capacity 08 TPH attached with cyclone separator alongwith adequate stack height. Rice husk was lying at site for using fuel in its boiler. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -31.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">10.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has installed one DG set of 125 KVA with canopy along with adequate stack height.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .25in;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 3;"> </span>Hence, till the finalization of the allotment of the shares of CETP 50 MLD, it is recommended that:</span></p>
