May if approved SCN for refusal of renewal CTO under the Water Act,1974 with an opportunity to submit the written reply within 10 days be issued to industry. EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry as well as whether trade effluent is being generated from the manufacturing process by the industry or not, and whether the site is suitable for such type of expansion or not.</p>
