<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">It is intimated that the application of the industry for obtaining fresh consent to establish (NOC) has scrutinized and it was observed as under:</p>

In application form, the project proponent applied for 169 offices and in brief project report, the project proponent has submitted they have applied for 12 showrooms and 140 offices.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->As per record, the project proponent was earlier granted consent to establish (NOC) for pollution angel under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 which was further extended upto 06.01.2022 for development of 152 Nos. Showroom / Offices. However, the project proponent has applied for fresh consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions off the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for 169 offices. The project proponent needs to apply consent to establish (NOC) for expansion for 169 offices.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent has submitted flow chart, as per flow chart submitted by the project proponent @ 16.90 KLD for flushing purpose and 13.52 KLD into MC sewer. However, as per permission granted by the MC authority, the project proponent shall dispose off only 13.34 KLD into MC sewer.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent needs to submit proposal regarding additional land for the disposal of treated effluent as, at present STP of MC, Zirakpur is under capacity and is not adequate to handle the additional effluent load of such projects. Board had recently bounded / issued directions to MC, Zirakpur not to issue any fresh sewer connection till the completion of new STP as well as not to approve / give permission to new projects till its new STP is made operational. The project proponent needs to submit ownership of proposed land as well as needs to submit the land revenue record / Khasra No. and revenue latha / chajra alongwith the same and the distance of the proposed site from the existing site of the project.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent has not submitted any detail regarding installation of mechanical composter / compost pits for the disposal of wet biodegradable solid waste.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent needs to submit permission from the Airport Authority regarding allowable height of the building as per earlier granted NOC of the Board.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">7.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent has submitted that they have deposited Rs. 10800/- vide UTR No. AXSK223150016006 dated 11.11.2022. However, the project proponent needs to link the above fee with the online application.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">It is requested to allow the undersigned to return this application as previous application of the project proponent was also returned due to certain observations.</p> |
