<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is submitted that undersigned has already mentioned in the note dated 21.03.2023, at point no. 4 in para of visit that the industry has provided separate Cyclone Separator as APCD along with stack of adequate height to control the process emission from shelling section as well as paddy cleaner of dryer. The industry has provided pollution control device chimney in khasra no. 55//5.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Further, the industry has submitted completion certificate regarding installation of cyclone separators as APCD for the Pre-cleaning section and sheller section as per attached drawings/ specifications (copy attached).</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of above, it is again recommended that consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30/09/2027 for operation of rice sheller unit to manufacture Raw Rice with Dryer @ 5 TPH and Sorted Rice @ 5 TPH, under Orange category, subject to the suitable conditions.</span></p> |
