<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">As explained by JEE/EE RO Patiala , the poultry farm has obtained CTE for 95000 birds in 2019 which is valid and has obtained partial consents earlier. Now, it has applied for consents for full capacity for which CTE was granted and is complying with siting guidelines as well as SOP for such type of units in view of above may if approved varied consent to operate under the Water Act,1974 be granted to the industry up to 30.09.2030 with suitable conditions </span></p>
