<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 81.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;">It is submitted that the applicant has proposed to establish a small scale green category machining unit and has applied for Consent to Establish under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 81.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;">The industry has submitted a Certificate from DTP, Ludhiana regarding land use classification as an Industrial Zone, Manufacturing flow chart, Site plan/Location plan, MoA of the firm and Project report of the proposed project. The applicant has submitted Rs. 18000/- vide UTR No. N052232339726510 dated 21.02.2023 which is adequate for one year period.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 81.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;">The site was visited by the undersigned on 24/03/2023 and it was observed that the site is under construction and the shed of the industry was being completed. There is no plant & machinery present at site. As per the certificate of DTP, Ludhiana, the site falls in Industrial Zone. As such, the site is suitable for the establishment of such types of units.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 81.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;">In view of the above, if approved, Consent to Establish may be granted to the industry for one year period subject to suitable conditions, please.</span></p>
