<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.95pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 5.05pt 5.7pt 6.0pt 19.0pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">Accordingly, the industry has now applied for obtaining fresh consents under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for production of Rice @ 3.0 TPH (with mechanical drier and sortex plant) by processing of paddy @ 4.5 TPH, under the orange category. The industry has deposited consent fee as mentioned at serial no. VII under both the Acts against the total fixed assets of the industry as on 23.02.2023 for </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Rs. 148.07 Lacs </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">vide CA certificate dated 24.02.2023, which is adequate <strong>upto 30/09/2032</strong>. The industry has also deposited </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Rs. 2,100/- vide UTR. no. N056232345478962 dated 25.02.2023 under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 2,100/- vide UTR. no. N056232345491272 dated 25.02.2023</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;"> under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 as penalty fee (within 3-6 months slab) for late applying for obtaining consents to operate under the said Acts, as date of commissioning is mentioned as Oct, 2022 in the application form submitted by the industry. The penalty fee deposited by the industry is adequate. </span></p>

During visit, the industry was found following observations:</span></p>
