The industry has also deposited Rs. 3600/- vide online receipt no. 929087162 dated 21.03.2023 as NOC regularization for increase of value of gross fixed assets.</span></p>

However, the industry has granted 996 KLD shares on 22.07.2022 of CETP, hence the discharge of the industry will remain within the CETP shares allotted to the industry.</span></p>

As per the data the total production of the industry will be </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Polyester, Poly Cotton, Acrylic, Cotton, Wool @ 12.825 MTPD </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">and effluent generation will be around </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">620.5</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> KLD from its entire machinery in 24 Hours. </span></p>

Accordingly, the industry presently has applied for trade effluent & domestic effluent discharge @ </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">835.1</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> KLD into CETP. </span></p>

The industry has provided the flow meter at its final outlet leading to CETP. The industry was also advised to provide the flow meter at inlet water supply.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">8.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Further, some units have made the complaint regarding in judicial allotment of the shares by the PDA, Tajpur Road, Ludhiana, which is under process at Board and at Govt. Level. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; tab-stops: 6.25in; margin: 0in 4.7pt 6.0pt 8.1pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Keeping the above in view, it is recommended that </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be considered for grant for one year as approved by the Competent Authority in such cases for the discharge of trade effluent & domestic effluent @ 835.1 KLD into conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD subject to the condition that:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 58.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; letter-spacing: -.05pt; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">(iii)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall stop discharging its effluent in case due to any reason the CETP is not operational or dedicated conveyance system is overflowing.</span></p>
