CTOW/Renewal/FZR/2018/7745926 and CTOA/Renewal/FZR/2018/7745881 dated 27/06/2018, both expired on 30/09/2022 for operation of hot mix plant for production of Pre-Mix @ 200 TPD by using Bitumen @ 10 TPD and Crushed Stones @ 190 TPD.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Now the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 under Orange category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The hot mix Plant was visited by RO, FDK on 09.03.2023 and it was observed that:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The Hot Mix Plant has installed dust collector followed by wet scrubber with water re-circulation system as air pollution control device to contain the emissions from rotary drum, which was in line/operation-able condition.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The HMP has got its emissions analyzed from Board lab on 24.07.2021 and as per which concentration of SPM was found to be 108 mg/nm3, which is within the prescribed limits of the Board.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>If approved, consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the hot mix plant for a period upto 30.09.2027, with the following special conditions:</span></p>

Admn./SA-2/F.No.178/99/03 dt. 26.04.99 for hot mix plants.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>This consent is issued from pollution angle and the industry shall obtain the statutory clearances/permissions from the other Govt. Departments, as required.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry should provide three rows of fast spreading crown and fast growing varieties of evergreen broad leaved trees all along the boundary within 1 month.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The hot mix plant will maintain proper record for operation of air pollution control device / wet scrubber with re-circulation system.</span></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The hot mix plant will submit its operational schedule on fortnightly basis to the Regional Office so as to collect emission samples.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry will get its air emission samples from all the stacks analysed from the Boards’ Lab/approved Lab of the Board, as per the policy of the Board.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;">The <span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 10pt; text-indent: -0.25in; background: white;">hot mix plant</span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 10pt; text-indent: -0.25in;"> shall obtain authorization under the HOWM Rules, 2016, within one month.</span></li>
