As per feasibility report the treatment capacity of the proposed STP will be 75 KLD, which will be based on MBBR technology which is principally adequate. The project proponent has provided services like road, sewer network at site. There is no brick kiln, rice sheller, stone crusher, saila plant, cement plant, grinding unit, hot mix plant falling within a radius of 250 mtr from the boundary of the proposed site. There is no MAH industry located within a distance of 300 mtr from the proposed site. The project proponent has uploaded the CLU certificate issued by MTP Jalandhar vide its letter no. 7583 dated 28.02.2020 and as per certificate, the permission has been granted from CLU an area 47 Kanal 19 Marla which is located in the Basti Dansihmandan, Jalandhar. The site is suitable to set up the said unit at site.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 4.45pt 15.0pt .0001pt 41.3pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt;
