<p>It is submitted that the effluent emission samples were collected from the outlet of ETP on 14.03.2023 by the officers of the Board and as per the report, the following parameters are beyond the limits prescribed by the Board for such industries.</p>
<p>1. BOD 40 mg/l</p>
<p>2. TDS 3450 mg/l</p>
<p>3. Sulphide 2.6 mg/l</p>
<p>4. SAR 31.93 mg/l</p>
<p>In view of the above, it is recommended that a show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be issued to the industry.</p> |
