CTE/Fresh/PKT/2022/19610508 dated 26/08/2022, which is valid upto 25/08/2023 along with certain conditions.</span></span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0in 5pt 0.0001pt 3.45pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Now the industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the production of Washed Crushed Bajri @ 7500 CFT/Day & Washed Sand @ 2000 CFT/Day by using River Bed Material @ 9500 CFT/Day through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0in 5pt 0.0001pt 3.45pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> The industry has deposited Rs. 42,000/- UTR No. N072232369256644 dated 13/03/2023 & Rs. 42,500/- UTR No. N072232369252962 dated 13/03/2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 500/- as Application fee and same are adequate for five years period upto 30/09/2027 under both Acts.</span></p>
