The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not mentioned DG set detail in the application form.
2. At the time of previous ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981, the project proponent has submitted CA certificate, the value of fixed assets was Rs. 85.50 lakh. Now, the project proponent project proponent has submitted CA certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 89.32 lakh, which is increase as compare to the previous CA certificate. Further, the value of plant & machinery has increased 61.59 lakh to 65.40 lakh and it is requested to give detail of increase in machinery along with bills.
3. The project proponent needs to submit analysis report of stack emission of Hot air oven.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 2 days. |
