| Clarification Note: |
1. The industry was granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/LDHKH/2021/17318313 dated 17/12/2021 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/LDHKH/2021/17318305 dated 17/12/2021 both valid upto 31/03/2022 for the manufacturing of Round, Flat, Strips and other Rollable material @ 300 Metric Tonnes/Day with special condition that the industry complete the work of stabilisation of vehicular area in its premises, within 10 days and shall submit the compliance of the same in the Regional Office, within 03 days thereafter. Kindly submit compliance.
2. The industry has increased its fixed assets from Rs. 1267.89 lacs to 1442.49 Lacs. Kindly submit complete detail and also deposited NOC regularization charges of Rs. 8400/-.
3. Consent fee deposited by the industry is in-adequate. Kindly deposit consent fee upto 31.12.2023 as per Punjab Pollution Control Board office order 524 dated 29.10.2018.
