The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted allotment letter of the plot.
2. The project proponent has not submitted partnership deed of the industry.
3. The project proponent has mentioned date of commissioning in application form is Jan’2002, but the project proponent has submitted GST certificate in which date of commissioning date is 29.12.2022, kindly clarify, so that adequacy of can be adjudged.
4. The project proponent has not mentioned source of air pollution in the application form.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 2 days. |
