<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;"><strong> </strong> It is intimated that earlier the consent to operate under Water (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was granted vide online reference no. </span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;">CTOW/Fresh/PKT/2022/19170544 & CTOA/Fresh/PKT/2022/19170549 dated 19/10/2022, which were valid upto 31/03/2023 for the production of Washed Crushed Bajri @ 8000 CFT/Day, Washed Sand @ 1000 CFT/Day & Wastage @ 1000 CFT/Day by using River Bed Material @ 10000 CFT/Day under orange category.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the operation of stone crusher for the production of Washed Crushed Bajri @ 8000 CFT/Day, Washed Sand @ 1000 CFT/Day & Wastage @ 1000 CFT/Day by using River Bed Material @ 10000 CFT/Day under orange category. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> The industry has already deposited Rs. 23,500/- vide R.No. 28/4647 dated 25/09/2018 & Rs. 23,500/- vide R.No. 27/4647 dated 25/09/2018 and now & now deposited Rs. 56500/- vide UTR No. SBIN122182937858 dated 01/07/2022 as consent to operate fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 500/- as Form Downloading fee against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 89,69,000/- as on 30/06/2022 and same are adequate upto 30/09/2027 under both Acts.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> As per policy of the Board and in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016, the consent cases of Orange Category units are to be processed without visiting them.</span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> (Agenda Note is also attached herewith).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;">In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 1974 may be extended upto 30/09/2027 with suitable conditions. </span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> </span></span></p> |
