The Marriage Palace was granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/SGR/2018/7752585 dated 26/06/2018 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/SGR/2018/7752553 dated 26/06/2018, both was valid upto 30/09/2022 for marriage palace of capacity 400 persons.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm -1.35pt 6.0pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the Marriage Palace has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 with requisite documents through OCMMS under orange category. The consent fee deposited as mentioned at sr. no. (vii) against the un-depreciated value of fixed assets of Rs. 48.36 lacs as on 15/09/2022 as per CA certificate submitted by the on account of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 is adequate upto <strong>30/06/2027.</strong></span></p>

The establishment has also made agreement with piggery farm for disposal of kitchen waste.</span></p>
