<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that a</span><span style="text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">s observed by the Competent Authority, the industry was requested to clarify the same. </span><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;">1. The industry is required to submit Jamabandi, Akas Sajra, Latha, Site & Location plan. 2. The industry has submitted the proposal of APCD to acheive the standard of 750 mg/Nm3. However, the industry is required to achieve the standard of 350 mg/Nm3.</span><span style="text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"> The industry was requested to submit the updated/corrected letters, within one day. So that the case may be processed further. </span><span style="text-align: justify;">However, the industry has failed to submit the reply within stipulated time period. If approved, the application of the industry may be returned with request to resubmit the same after complying with above said observations.</span></p> |
