<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%;">It is submitted that the industry vide its reply dated 27.03.2023 has informed that the industry has installed injection molding machines which do not emit any emissions. Further more, undersigned is of the view that injections molding machines are not operated continuously as the product is manufactured using dies. Moreover, Board insists to provide APCD over extruders wherein continuous manufacturing process is carried out. In view of above, may if approved consent may be granted to the industry under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 upto 30.09.2027 with suitable conditions and additional conditions as under:</span></p>
