Earlier, the same was wrongly mentioned in Khasar no. 40//17 also.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Keeping in view of above mentioned facts, it is, therefore, recommended that consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30/09/2027 for operation of rice sheller unit to manufacture Raw rice with dryer @ 5.0 TPH and Sorted rice @ 4.0 TPH, under Orange category, subject to the suitable conditions and additional condition as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">1.</span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The</span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">industry shall maintain its source of air emission i.e. APCD in khasra no. 40//16/2 so that distance from the nearest MC limit of Mallanwala remains more than 2 km.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">2.</span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry is bound to comply with the zoning regularizations of Master Plan as and when notified and Board will not be liable for any loss incurred in case site falls under non-conforming zone.</span></p> |
