<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is submitted that the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under green category under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the manufacturing of refrigerator parts @ 3300 Numbers/Day, wheel chair parts @ 2000 Numbers/Day by using raw material Copper Coated Tube @ 9500 Meter/day, MS Wire @ 700 Kgs/day, Stoving Paint @ 40 Liter/day, Thinner @ 27 Liter/day, PVS Sutali @ 1 Kgs/day, CR/HR Sheets @ 165 Kgs/day alongwith requisite documents.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The industry has deposited Rs. 56400/- vide R. No. 99963292 dated 14.03.2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 59800/- vide R. No. 145846373 dated 14.03.2023 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The total cost of the industry Rs. 38.50 lacs as on 31.03.2023 as per latest CA certificate submitted by the industry. The industry has submitted Udyog Aadhaar Registration Certificate as a proof of date of commissioning in which mentioned date of commencement 28.09.2004. The total fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 28.02.2035 after deducting late fee / penalty and NOC regularization fee and giving benefit of VDS scheme issued by the Board.</span></p>

PSIEC/ESTATE/EO/IV/11787 dated 12.09.2003 regarding transfer of Industrial Plot No. C-1, Focal Point, Chanalon measuring 1011.11 sq.yards in favour of 99 years lease hold basis for the manufacturing of Fabrication of sheet metal to Sh. Amrik Singh S/o Sh. Majit Singh.</span></p>
