The industry has deposited Rs. 42000/- vide Receipt No. 970236018 dated 25.02.2023 as NOC fee against the project cost of Rs. 3025.0 lakh as per application form submitted by the industry. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate for one year. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has submitted report of Tehsildar, Samana issued vide letter dated 02.11.2022 in which it was mentioned that no lal lakir/phirni, MC Limit, residential colony, 15 pucca houses was observed within the 100 m from the proposed site having khasra no. 15//15(6-3), 14//11(8-0), 14//12(8-0), 14//13 min (5-0) 14//18 min (3-3), 14//19 min (5-0), 14//20 min (4-14). </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has submitted approval of building plan issued vide no. PBIP/STP(HUD)/2022/444 dated 23.08.2022 by STP, Department of Housing & Urban Development, Govt. of Punjab for area measuring 40 kanal 0 marle (5 acres) land having khasra no. 15//15(6-3), 14//11(8-0), 14//12(8-0), 14//13 min (5-0) 14//18 min (3-3), 14//19 min (5-0), 14//20 min (4-14). </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 27.03.2023 to verify the contents of the application and contacted Sh. Ashwani Verma, Partner of the industry at site. During visit, it was observed that:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">No specific guidelines have been made by the Board for such type of unit and only general sitting guidelines are applicable to the unit. As per the Revenue Report, DTP letter and visit of undersigned the site is suitable as per the general siting criteria framed by the Board in policy dated 30.04.2013. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">In view of the above, it is recommended that the Consent to Establish (NOC) for manufacturing of Cotton Yarn @ 25.0 Metric Tonnes/Day alongwith Cotton Waste @ 2.25 Metric Tonnes/Day (by-product) by using Cotton (J34, Comber Noil & Flat) @ 27.777 Metric Tonnes/Day as raw material under orange category may be granted to the industry for one-year subject to the suitable conditions and following additional conditions: - </span></p>
