<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>As per agenda note Regional Office has reported that the industry was visited on 14.03.2023 and observed that the industry is engaged in manufacturing of plywood. The industry has installed 1 no. boiler of capacity 2 TPH alongwith cyclone separator with APCD and adequate stack height. The industry has installed 01 no. D.G set capacity 62.5 KVA fitted with canopy. The industry has installed 02 no. vertical band saw, 1 no. hot press and 01 no. cutting machine. There is no source of trade effluent only domestic effluent is discharged into sewer. Further, the industry has submitted letter from Municipal Corporation, Hoshiarpur vide letter no. 805 dated 21.10.2021 as per which, the site falls within M.C. limit and the industry shall shift its unit from residential area upto 2024.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In view of report of Regional Office it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2024 with usual conditions and special conditions that:-</span></p>
