D-6, IGC, Mansa Road, Bathinda in plot area of 2500 sq. yard for which the allotment has been issued by PSIEC vide their office letter no. PSIEC/Estate/3070 dated 08.06.2020 for manufacturing of pesticides & fertilizers.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol; color: black;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">Previously, the industry was granted CTOs under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for its operation in Plot no. D-5, IGC, Mansa Road, Bathinda on 06.04.2018 (valid upto 30.09.2022) for production of granules/powder formulation @ 1000 kg/day & liquid formulation @ 1 KLD from the technical of the concerned pesticides and solvents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol; color: black;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">Now the visiting officer has reported that the project proponent has proposed to shift the machinery from D-5 to D-6, IGC, Mansa Road, Bathinda alongwith installation of other machinery. Further, it has been reported that the industrial operation in plot no. D-5 was not in operation and the said industrial unit was lying closed. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol; color: black;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">Proposal submitted for installation of common wet scrubber with the liquid & granular section alongwith stack of 30 meter height and also diesel fired furnace to be installed for drying of granules with the proposal to provide adequate stack. Also, it has been reported that the effluent generated from the laboratory section will be evaporated through solar/forced system as per the requirement. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol; color: black;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">It has been reported that the site was visited on 21.03.2023 and observed that the civil work was in progress. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>In view of above, if approved, CTE may be granted to the industry for formulation of Bio fertilizer/Chemical Fertilizer/Organic manure @ 500 Kgs/day (Granule Form) & <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Liquid Form of the same @ 30 Ltr./day along with formulation of Pesticides, Insecticides Herbicide, fungicides <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>& weedicides @ 1000 Ltr./day (Liquid Form) and Granule Form of the same @ 1000 Kgs/day, subject to the following specific conditions:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; color: black;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"> 1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The industry will install the requisite air pollution control devices/forced evaporation system simultaneously with the commissioning of the industrial unit. </span></p>

D-5 to D-6, IGC, Mansa Road, Bathinda and will intimate the same to the Regional Office, Bathinda of the Board. </span></p>
