Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consents. RO has processed the consent cases without inspection on the basis of circular issued by the Board and as per decision of officer meeting held at Head Office Patiala on 08.05.2018 as the industry falls under orange category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>As per application applied by the industry, the industry is engaged in manufacturing of manufacturing of hand tools. There is no source of generation of trade effluent. Domestic effluent is discharged into sewer.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2028 with usual conditions and special conditions:-</span></p>
