<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%;"> </span><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">As per agenda note, the industry</span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%;"> was visited on 06.03.2023 and it was observed that the industry is engaged in manufacturing of Hand Tools Items. The industry has installed 1 no. forging hammer with heating furnace with adequate stack height. The industry has installed 1 no. shot blasting machine with bag house filter as APCD. The industry has installed DG set of capacity 225 KVA with canopy and attached to stack of adequate height. The pickling section was not in operation, the representative of the industry informed that it is being operated as and when required. The industry has installed pickling tank of size 20’ x 1.5’ x 1.5’. The industry has installed 1 no. collection tank of size 5’ x 3.5’x3’ for storage of effluent . The industry has made agreement with the M/s JBR Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Unit-ll), Moti Nagar, Ludhiana for lifting of trade effluent @ 5000 ltr/month. During visit, the water meter reading was noted as 227.18 Kl. The industry is maintaining record of water consumption and lifted to M/s JBR Technology. Domestic effluent is discharge into sewer. The industry has already submitted approved building plan from Director of Factory Act, Punjab.</span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%;"> Keeping in view of report of RO, it is recommended that consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2028 with usual conditions and special conditions:-</span></p>
