<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; background: white; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">Earlier, the consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was granted to the industry for the production Raw Rice @ 17 T/Day, Rice Bran @ 2 T/Day & Rice Husk @ 5 T/Day by using Paddy @ 24 T/Day vide online reference No. CTOA/Renewal/GRP/2022/18204564 dated 29/03/2022, which is valid upto 31/03/2023 respectively.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; background: white; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">Now the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS mode along with requisite documents, which can be perused.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; background: white; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">The industry has already deposited Rs. 28500/- vide UTR No. BDBLH21605101466 dated 03/12/2021 as consent to operate fee Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 500 as application fee which is valid upto 30/06/2026 as per C.A. Certificate submitted by the industry against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 95,16,706/- as on 28/02/2023.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; background: white; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">“Consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed to the industry for a period upto 30/09/2025 for the production Raw Rice @ 17 T/Day, Rice Bran @ 2 T/Day & Rice Husk @ 5 T/Day by using Paddy @ 24 T/Day without visiting the industry as per policy of the Board in light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016 with suitable terms and conditions along with special condition that the industry shall get analyzed its air emission samples from the Board during next paddy season.</span></p> |
