<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is intimated that the industry is small scale orange category unit. The industry was earlier granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/LDH2/2020/14542089 dated 08-12-2020 valid upto 08-12-2026 and under Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/LDH2/2020/14541804 dated 08/12/2020 valid upto 08/12/2026 under green category subject to the certain conditions mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for varied consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents. The industry has added one no. powder coating booth, one no. baking oven in its premises due to which its category has now been changed from green to orange. The industry falls in industrial zone and hence the addition made by the industry can be regularized. The industry has submitted detail of increase in fixed assets and is also deposited NOC regularization fee as well as consent fees.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 28.03.2023 and it was observed as under :-</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has installed one powder coating booth with cyclone as APCD, one shot blasting machine with inbuilt bag house as APCD and one electric baking oven. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; color: black;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Domestic effluent is being discharged onto land for plantation through septic tank. No trade effluent is generated in the industry.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that varied consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30.09.2027 with usual conditions.</span></p> |
