The industry has uploaded the requisite documents i.e. approved building plan, CA certificate regarding value of fixed assets, manufacturing process chart, copy of registry, partnership deed, DTP certificate regarding classification of area & Udyog Aadhar certificate etc. The industry has deposited consent fee Rs. 43500/- vide R.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>No. INDBN02023359648 dated 02.02.2023 (Rs. 10000/- consent fee under VDS scheme as the industry is operating before the year 2010 as date of commencement of the industry is August, 2006, Rs. 13200/- vide UTR No. INDBN23026805283 dated 23.02.2023 as consent fee under water Act, 1974 & Rs. 13200/- vide UTR No. INDBN23026797679 dated 23.02.2023 as consent fee under Air Act, 1981, <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Rs. 2200/- as NOC regularization fee. Date of commencement of the industry is August, 2006. Consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.12.2028 under both acts.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act,<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.12.2028 with usual conditions as per policy of the Board/upto adequacy of consent fee and with special conditions that:-</span></p>
