<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: red;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the hospital has applied for varied consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (for 30 beds) along with Compliance of the previous granted consents, copy of Agreement with CBWTF for 30 Beds, Location Plan, Land Document, Undertaking regarding Bed Capacity, Dimensional Drawing of STP and Completion Certificate of STP.<span style="color: red;"> </span>The hospital has deposited Rs. 10,500/- vide UTR No. 788850465 dt 22/03/2023 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 7,000/- vide UTR No.</span> <span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">281486410 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dt 22/03/2023 under Air Act, 1981 (against bed capacity @ 30 beds), which is adequate up to 30/09/2028.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The Hospital has installed STP of capacity 15 KLD to treat the domestic effluent, which was in operation at the time of visit and discharge into sewer after STP. </span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The hospital has installed water treatment equipment in Laboratory and Operation Theatre with the help of Sodium Hypochlorite Solution.</span></p>

The hospital is having bed capacity @ 30 beds and competency to decide the case lies with Environmental Engineer of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 12pt;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the hospital for 30/09/2027 <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">with suitable terms & conditions along with special condition that the hospital will submit effluent analysis report within 01 month from Board’s Lab/ Board’s Approved Lab.</span></span><strong style="text-indent: -0.5in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> </span></strong></p>
