CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2019/10190095 & CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2019/11115993 dated 08.09.2019, both are valid upto 30.09.2023. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Now, the rice sheller has applied for ‘Consents to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of rice sheller unit with dryer to manufacture raw rice with dryer @ 06 TPH and sorted rice @ 06 TPH. The rice sheller has submitted C.A. certificate dated 28.02.2023 showing gross fixed assets value of Rs. 198.43 lacs, compliance of consent conditions. The industry has deposited Rs. 75,600/- vide UTR. No. N077232377485864 dated 18.03.2023 under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 75,600/- vide UTR. No. N077232377485802 dated 18.03.2023 under Air Act, 1981 adequate for period upto 30.09.2032 under both acts. The industry has also deposited Rs. 3600/- vide UTR. No. N077232377485830 dated 18.03.2023 as NOC regularization fee for increased fixed assets. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>

The industry has also provided stack of adequate height with APCD along with provisions to facilitate emission sample. The industry has submitted analysis report dated 11.03.2023 from Board’s approved lab and as per this analysis report, concentration of SPM is 316 mg/Nm<sup>3</sup>.</span></p>
