The record as well as photographs sent by the industry is enclosed herewith for kind perusal, please.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> As the industry has worked upon the suggestions made during the visit, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may granted to the industry upto 31.03.2024 with usual conditions and special condition that the industry shall take adequate steps to stop the discharge of its industrial effluent into MC sewer by 31.03.2024 as per the directions issued by the Government of Punjab regarding segregation of trade effluent into MC sewer.</span></p>
