<p style="text-align: justify;">Sir, the STP has deposited fee of Rs. 14,700/- (Rs. 6725 + 6475 + 1500) under the Water Act, 1974. However, the STP being operated by BBMB authority in Class A MC Nangal and is required to deposit fee @ Rs. 50,000/- per annum for a period of 5 years. Further, the authority has also not attached compliance of previous consent conditions in reply to the clarification earlier raised.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As such, the application is required to be returned being in-complete due to in-adequate consent fee.</p> |
