It was earlier granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 upto 31/03/2023.</span></p>
<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents with same production capacity.</span></p>
<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">The industry was visited by AEE on 11.03.2023 and found complying. <p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">In view of the above, if approved, the validity of Consent to Operate granted to the industry may be extended upto 31/03/2028.</span></p>
