As per agenda note, the industry was visited by the officer on 17.03.2023 and observed the industry was not in operation due to disconnection of electricity supply of the industry as the electric connection of the industry was disconnected by PSPCL authorities vide TDCO No. 624915 dated 09.01.2023.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The industry has installed 3 no. pickling sections and 03 no. wire drawing machine in its premises.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The industry has provided 1 No. plastic storage tank of capacity 5 KL for the storage of effluent generated from the pickling process.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The industry has made an agreement with M/s JBR Technologies Ltd, Moti Nagar, Focal Point, Ludhiana for lifting of effluent @ 8000 ltr/month.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The industry has installed water meter for fresh water at the processing area and the reading was noted 0185.41 KL.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The industry has not installed any DG set/furnace/boiler at site.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The industry has submitted continuation certificate u/s 79 of the Punjab Regional Town Planning and Development Act 1995 amendment 2006 issued by ATP, MC , Jalandhar vide their office letter no. 612 dated 07.06.2022 and as per certificate, the permission has been granted to the industry for operation of unit at site upto 22.08 2025.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The industry has submitted approved building plan from Competent person under Director of Factories act Punjab.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">Keeping in view of report of RO, it is recommended that;-</span></p>

Ltd. (Unit-ll), Moti Nagar, Ludhiana.</span></p>
