CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2021/14537145 dated 30.03.2021 valid upto 29.09.2021. Further a show cause notice has also been issued to the<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>project proponent for refusal of Consent to Operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with opportunity of personal hearing before the Senior Environmental Engineer, Zonal Office-2, Ludhiana on 10.03.2021. Wherein it was decided as under:-</span></p>

CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2021/14537221 dated 20.04.2021, which was valid upto 19.10.2021, subjected to certain conditions mentioned therein. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-bookmark: _GoBack;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">Now the project proponent has applied for renewal of the same along with requisite documents. The PP has deposited consent fee of Rs. 23400/- vide UTR.No. N060232351238348 dated 02.03.2023 under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. 23400/- vide UTR.No. N060232351233192 dated 02.03.2023 under Water Act, 1974and Rs 3600/- vide UTR no. N060232351175573 dated 02.03.2023 as NOC regularization fee against the CA certificate of Rs. 72.70lacs. The consent fee is adequate upto 28.03.2025 under Water Act, 1974 and upto 18.04.2025 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. </span></span></p>

As per analysis report, results of various parameters are pH = 7.46, TSS =72 mg/l, BOD = 160 mg/l, COD = 380 mg/l, O & G = 4.2 mg/l and TDS = 1020 mg/l. The project proponent is complying with the general standards as mentioned in schedule-VI of Environment(Protection) Act, 1986. </span></span></p>
