<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 78pt; text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the project proponent has installed an Industrial unit without obtaining NOC from the Board and now has applied for fresh Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under green category for manufacturing of Industrial Packaging material @ 950 MT/year by using Fresh granules.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 78pt; text-align: justify;">The industry has submitted Manufacturing process, CA Certificate regarding Fixed assets, Site plan/Location plan, Partnership deed and Registered deed of the Land. The industry falls in Industrial Area-A, Ludhiana, as such, the site is suitable for establishment of such types of units. The industry has submitted electiricty bill as proof for date of commissioning in which date of connection is 21/06/2022.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 78pt; text-align: justify;">The industry was visited by undersigned on 24/03/2023 and it was observed that the industry was in operation during visit. The industry has installed machinery for manufacturing of Industrial packaging bags by using fresh granules. There is no source of trade effluent and air pollution and domestic effluent is being discharged into the sewer.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 78pt; text-align: justify;">In view of above, if approved, Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31/12/2031 subject to suitable conditions, please.</p>
