<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI';">Kindly peruse the note of AEE. In view of facts mentioned by AEE in his note, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed for a short period i.e. upto 31.03.2024 due to non-installation of proposed STP and disposal of effluent till date, subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 12.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style';"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The power house shall apply for obtaining consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for its residential colony within 15 days.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 12.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style';"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The power house will not generate any trade effluent, except domestic effluent and shall ensure not to discharge its effluent anywhere else except STP Mojowal, Naya Nangal.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 12.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style';"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The power house will maintain record of the wastewater sent to the STP of capacity 8 MLD at Mojowal, Naya Nangal or 05 MLD at Burari, Naya Nangal.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 12.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style';"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The power house shall apply for obtaining authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 for category 5.1 for the spent oil generated from the DG set and heavy machinery lubrication.</span></p> |
