<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that as per discussion with Sh. Deepak Bharti, representative of VR Punjab, he informed that the name of the project proponent has changed from M/s VR Punjab by M/s Hamir Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. to M/s VR Malwa Private Limited. However, the same is not updated in OCMMS and has requested to return the application so that the application be applied in proper name. Further, the project proponent filled the cost of project as Rs. 6.98 crores against Rs. 698 crores and has applied under small category which also needs to be rectified.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">As the previous application of the project proponent has already been returned due to certain observations and there is no option in my portal to return the same. It is therefore, requested to allow the undersigned to return the application so that the project proponent may apply again after attending the observations.</p> |
