<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry is a small scale orange category unit and was granted consents under both Acts valid upto 30.09.2022 for pipe fittings @10 MTD with induction furnace 1.000 TPH, shot blast machines- 2 no., annealing oven and one D.G set of capacity 160 KVA. Now, the industry has applied for varied consents for pipe fittings @10 MTD by with 2 no. induction furnaces of capacity 1.000 TPH and 0.500 TPH, shot blast machines- 2 no. and one D.G set of capacity 125 KVA. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Regional Office has reported that the industry was visited on 27.02.2023 and observed that the industry is engaged in the manufacturing of pipe fitting. The industry has installed 02 no. induction furnaces of capacity 1 TPH and 0.500 TPH with bag house filter as APCD, 2 no. shot blasting machines with bag house filter as APCD. The industry has installed one D.G set of capacity 125 KVA with canopy and attached to stack of adequate height. There is no source of trade effluent generation. Domestic effluent is discharge into sewer. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 35.45pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Keeping in view of report of RO it is recommended that consent under Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2028 with usual conditions and with special conditions that:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry shall ensure that hazardous wastes of all categories are collected properly & disposed off to the authorized companies by executing agreements and shall maintain all the records as per provisions of the HWM Rules.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">7)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry shall not throw burn or burry any solid wastes in open outside premises or in drain / water bodies.</span></p>
