<p>It is submitted that the pointwise reply to the observations is as under :-</p>
<p>1. The industry is engaged in manufacturing of industrial woven bags from industrial woven sheet through cutting and stitching process only. No other process is being carried out by the industry. As such it is not covered under EPR regime.</p>
<p>2. The industry has installed two no. cutting and stitching machines in its premises.</p>
<p>3. The industry has not installed any boiler / D.G set/ furnace in its premises. </p>
