<p>RO to comment :</p>
<p>(i) whether the industry is now maintaining proper energy meter record as per energy meter readings</p>
<p>(ii) Whether the industry has now maintained HW record as per the HW generated / stored in the industry.</p>
<p>(iii) Whether the industry has signed MOU / agreement with the authorized recycler of HW category 9.3 if yes copy of the agreement.</p>
<p>(iv) Whether the raw material procured by the industry is within the consented capacity as authorized by the Board. Also attach the copy of the passbook.</p>
<p>Please submit reply to the observations within 2 days.</p>
