<p><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: PA; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> I am of the opinion that a show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the provisions of relevant Act by mentioning the short comings may be issued to the poultry farm with an opportunity of hearing before the Competent Authority. Further action may be taken considering the reply and submissions of the poultry farm vis-à-vis the provisions of Environmental guidelines for poultry farmers and the provisions of Law. </span></p> |
